The Transparency Act Aboveit 2025

In accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act, we are working to conduct due diligence assessments based on the OECD's model for due diligence for responsible business conduct. This page describes how we work and our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Aboveit AS is a consulting company that delivers IT services to both the public and private sectors. We are committed to ensuring that we operate in compliance with fundamental human rights and promote decent working conditions. We take this responsibility seriously and are committed to acting transparently and responsibly in all aspects of our business.

We aim to be open and accessible to the public regarding our work on human rights and working conditions.

Our measures to promote transparency and accountability include:

  1. Embedding Responsibility: We have implemented internal guidelines and corporate governance documents that clearly include responsibility. We have defined responsibilities for our work on ethics and sustainability within our operations, and we take this seriously through necessary processes and allocation of duties.

  2. Risk Assessment: We regularly assess the risk of human rights violations and breaches of decent working conditions in our operations. We identify areas where the risk is highest, particularly concerning our supply chain, and take measures to address and follow up on these risks.

  3. Measures to counteract negative consequences: We have implemented various measures to ensure responsible and sustainable working conditions. This includes:

  4. Follow-up: We follow up on the implementation of improvement measures and necessary changes with our suppliers. We log deviations and results, and we report on these in our own reports and communication channels.

Communication with stakeholders: We aim to be open and responsive to inquiries from customers, partners, and other stakeholders seeking information about our work on human rights and decent working conditions. We are dedicated to communicating our initiatives, progress, and results through various channels, including our website and other relevant documents. We encourage stakeholders to contact us if they have questions or wish for more information about our work.

  6. Collaboration on remediation/compensation: We follow up on cases that require compensation or remediation of harm.
