In May, the entire Aboveit team traveled together to Marbella. We are a consulting firm that prioritizes professional development, but social cohesion is also crucial, as we primarily work on-site with our clients. With over 100 talented employees across various fields, it's especially rewarding to get to know each other better, bridging different disciplines and interests. This fosters unity and inclusion, which are core values at Aboveit.
Investing in our employees is valuable not only to us but also to our clients. By fostering relationship building and new inspiration, we believe that trips like this contribute to creating an engaged work environment. Since we primarily work on-site with our clients, it's especially important to us that everyone at Aboveit, across all disciplines, feels part of a social and inclusive community.
Activities and Inspiration for Everyone
As part of the program, everyone could choose from various activities such as canyoning, a tapas tour, or a longer mountain hike with breathtaking views. We also had group activities where we met new faces and tackled different challenges together as a team. One thing is for sure: when competing to make the best paella, you need to believe in your team – and trust the chef! There was also time for beach, sun, and relaxation, along with plenty of great conversations and delicious food. We all returned home feeling refreshed, with wonderful memories and renewed inspiration to continue delivering for our clients. We're already looking forward to the next trip 🖤
