We are proud of our talented designers, Ida Margrethe Sørensen and Camilla Gundersen, who will be giving a presentation at the Yggdrasil Conference 2025. The topic of their presentation is "Design for Participation – How to Make Citizens Active Participants in Urban Development". They will demonstrate how UX and service design can be used to engage people in shaping their own local communities.

Meet our designers

Ida Margrethe Sørensen is an experienced UX and service designer at Aboveit. She has worked for over 20 years to make good user experiences even better. Ida is passionate about using insights to create solutions that work for people in their everyday lives.

Camilla Gundersen is a senior UX/UI designer who loves creating user-friendly solutions. With experience from both the private and public sectors, she has worked on everything from smart digital services to simple, practical solutions that people appreciate.

Together, they will share their thoughts and experiences on how design can contribute to promoting social sustainability, participation, and creating a more vibrant urban environment.

We are incredibly excited to share our experiences at the Yggdrasil Conference. It is an important meeting place for everyone working with design and user experience, and we look forward to engaging discussions and inspiration.
