Aboveit wins framework agreement with the Norwegian Tax Administration

Aboveit has been selected as a supplier in several strategically important areas in the Norwegian Tax Administration's new framework agreement for IT consulting services – an agreement with a total value of up to 5.5 billion kroner.
The Norwegian Tax Administration has signed a new framework agreement for IT consulting services to cover ongoing capacity and competence needs that cannot be met by the Tax Administration's own resources. Aboveit has been awarded a framework agreement as the main supplier for the sub-area of Test Development and Management.
In addition, Aboveit is part of constellations that have been awarded framework agreements for the sub-areas of Management and Consulting, and Java System Development. The sub-areas where Aboveit is a supplier have an estimated call-off value of between 2.9 and 3.45 billion kroner during the agreement period.
The agreement comes into effect in autumn 2025 and has a duration of two years, with an option for extension of 1 + 1 year.
The Norwegian Tax Administration is undergoing continuous change and development, facing a very exciting modernization. This is a recognition of the specialized expertise and delivery capability that Aboveit represents. We are proud to be awarded this agreement and are ready to deliver.

Covers a wide range of expertise needs
The Norwegian Tax Administration's new agreement consists of eleven sub-contracts covering the entire spectrum of IT services – from consulting, design, and testing, to development, architecture, and robotization. Aboveit's position in the agreement underscores the company's broad capacity and specialization in modern, complex IT projects.
– We look forward to contributing with both professional expertise and business understanding, and to assisting the Norwegian Tax Administration in building solutions for, among other things, future tax collection, says Meidal.
