For 15 years, Norway's largest business newspaper, E24, has conducted an annual ranking of leadership and sales talents in Norwegian business. We are so proud that our very own Sales Director, Tommy Meidal, was named to this year's top ten list in the "Sales Leader of the Year" category! Tommy is a natural talent in his role, and works tirelessly every day to find the right talents for our clients.

Why Tommy?
Since 2015, Tommy has held various roles in the sale of different types of IT consulting services. He has worked with developing sales strategies, bid management, negotiations, and managing client and partner relationships. Tommy has extensive experience with the use of government standard agreements and public procurement processes, and has helped secure several major contracts. Tommy has also been instrumental in improving and streamlining internal sales processes. Tommy holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in strategy from BI Norwegian Business School.
Tommy works tirelessly every single day to ensure our clients receive the best expertise at the right time. He is a strong sales talent who always focuses on solutions and sees opportunities rather than challenges. Tommy contributes significantly to making Aboveit a prominent player in the consulting industry, and we are very pleased about that.
