Waken joins Aboveit: 'A natural progression for both companies'
We are pleased to announce that Waken AS, with its leading expertise in CRM and customer journeys, is now part of Aboveit AS.

Strategic strengthening of our professional environment
– After working at Microsoft for several years, I personally look forward to working even more closely with Microsoft technology again. This is a strategic strengthening of our professional environment. We have always focused on the customer journey in our design efforts, and now we are complementing this with Waken's solid CRM expertise, says Stig Nerland.
For over ten years, Waken has been known as a specialist environment within the CRM field. Waken will move into Aboveit's premises in Barcode from September 1st, and the merger is expected to be formally completed by 2025.
– We have been following Waken for a while, and what they have achieved in CRM and digital customer dialogue is impressive. Together, we can deliver even more comprehensive solutions for our customers, says Erlend Høiby Johannessen.
New leadership roles
Anette Wærsten and Kristine Kjenes, who have led Waken until today, will both take on leadership roles at Aboveit, responsible for further developing the company's CRM area.
